JEAD's mission is to support needy rural women with breast cancer, extending care to manage conditions like Type 2 diabetes through partnerships with online pharmacies for easy access to essential medications like Jardiance. Details about the medication Jardiance and online purchase options can be found here. This integrated approach enhances our comprehensive care model, promoting better health outcomes and quality of life by ensuring continuity of care and education on managing diabetes during cancer treatment.
